Department Policies
Refund Policy: Once the teams are selected there is NO REFUND AVAILABLE, except for extenuating circumstances. Convenience Fees are non-refundable.

Inclement Weather/Rain out Policy: Decision to cancel due to weather will be made no later than 4 p.m. We will notify you about any cancellations through Rained Out, Facebook, and email. If you do not receive any information then all activites are still on.

Uniform Policy: Uniforms are supplied to all teams by the recreation department. All teams must wear the uniform issued by the department to participate in the leagues. This is to keep all teams in   the in-house league equal to one another. Jerseys, pants, or shorts may not   be altered, or printed on in any form. If there is a sizing problem please have it swapped out. All equipment issued by the recreation department must be returned at the end of the season.

Birth Certificate Policy: If your child is playing with us, we must collect a birth certificate from you to verify their age before we can allow them to play. Either have a copy of the birth certificate faxed, brought to our office, or email to us.
